Research shows you will get more out of therapy when you feel a genuine connection with your therapist (we’re paraphrasing but the relationship really does matter!). We won’t be the right match for everyone, and that’s okay. If you already feel aligned, we’d love to work together. If you’re unsure, take some time to explore our approach below and see if it feels right for you.
We work from a trauma informed, strengths-based, and evidenced-based framework. We believe in sharing the “why” behind the work, so you understand what the research tells us and how it can be applied to your unique situation.
We take a holistic view – exploring not only what’s happening within your mind and body, but also the systems around you. This includes relationships, environment and broader social influences that may be impacting your wellbeing.
We draw on evidence-based approaches such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, and somatic practices, tailoring each session to best support your needs. Central to this work is your lived experience and expertise in your own life. We value transparency and collaboration, and see therapy as a partnership – it’s us working together against the issue, not us telling you what to change.
Collaborative supervision grounded in shared learning, reflection, and support as your clinical practice continues to evolve.
My therapeutic values strongly inform my supervision approach. I support social workers seeking guidance and mentorship as they develop and expand their clinical practice.
I believe learning is ongoing at every stage of a career. While I bring professional experience and clinical insight, I don’t position myself as having all the answers – supervision is a collaborative space where we reflect, question and learn together.
I’m happy to share more about my professional background and explore your goals to see whether we’re a good fit for supervision. If this resonates, feel free to get in touch!
Intentional group experiences designed to support professional development, wellbeing, collaboration, and connection.
